O objetivo do festival é conscientizar e promover o cinema internacional em todas as suas formas, como arte, entretenimento e indústria, em espírito de liberdade e diálogo. O Festival também organiza retrospectivas e homenagens a grandes figuras como uma contribuição para uma melhor compreensão da história do cinema. -
