FAQQ: Which materials shall I submit together with my entry?A: Each entry must be accompanied by a preview tape (VHS, DVD), a black & white or color still of the film or video (300dpi, 10X15cm), dialogue list in English or Portuguese to prepare the electronic subtitles in case the film is selected. Q: How many films and videos are shown on average at the festival? A: Approximately 450 works. This number changes according to the programs developed for the year and the running time of the films selected . Q: How can I attend festival screenings? A: All festival screenings are free and the tickets can be picked in the screening hall one hour before the screening. The programming can be found at the screening rooms and on the web site www.kinoforum.org. Q: Is there an entry fee? A: The Festival does not charge for the submission of films and videos. Q: Does São Paulo International Short Film Festival accept productions that have already been shown and/or awarded at other festivals? A: Yes Q: A work that has already been submitted to the São Paulo International Short Film Festival can be submitted again in subsequent years? A: No. A work can only be submitted once to the festival. |
